Advancements in continuous 3D printing of multi-metal structures

We have developed an ultra-fast multi-metal printing approach based on continuous mask video projection stereolithography. Unlike traditional slurry-based methods, our technique utilizes a low-viscosity, powderless printing solution combined with a novel material dispersion module for multi-material printing. This innovation allows for the computational modulation and programmable control of microstructure morphology and material distribution.

Our method enables the fabrication of gradient materials, alloys, and functional metals with isotropic properties.
